- Pour 1 cup of rolled oats into a small pot
- Add 2 tbsps of chia seeds
- Add 2 tbsps of raw cane sugar
- Add 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
- Add 1/4 tsp of sea salt
- Mix the dry ingredients
- Add to cups of water
- Let it cook on medium low heat for 5 minutes
- Stir periodically
*Add 1/2 cup of berries for additional antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals
