I recommend getting the buffered version because its more easily absorbed by the body and its much easier on the stomach than non-buffered. The buffered version is mixed with either calcium, magnesium, potassium, or all 3. Those 3 minerals are what’s used for the buffering.

Take 1 gram with 4 ounces of filtered water every 20 – 30 minutes, and keep track of how many grams you’re taking. Keep doing this until your stool becomes watery like diarrhea. That’s the “you’ll know when” part of the cleanse. This should be done in the morning on an empty stomach. The whole process typically takes 2 – 4 hours, but for some people it may take a bit more time.

Make sure to re-hydrate afterwards and consume very nutrient dense foods like leafy greens, fruit, nuts, and seeds, to get the essential vitamins and minerals back into your system.

After doing this cleanse you can continue taking 1 gram of vitamin C every morning, or you can do the vitamin C cleanse every in 2-4 weeks. Doing this can greatly improve your results in fat loss, gut health improvement, and joint health.
